Open during high season and on special events like concerts of family movies throughout the year, C Treats is conveniently located on the Town Center in a classic Airstream-style travel trailer. It offers your family a fun way to unwind, play, and create memories together over classic summer treats.

Dylans Pizzaria

Since opening in Summer 2019, Dylan’s Coal Oven Pizzeria has become a beloved gathering spot for both guests and locals. The menu goes far beyond pizza, though the coal-fired pies, from timeless classics to inventive combinations, are always a hit. Fresh pastas, hearty sandwiches, crisp salads, and more round out the offerings. Inside, airy interiors offer both table and bar seating, while outside, the breezy patio and picnic tables invite you to savor every bite in the open air.

Shore Cafe

On Market Street at Cinnamon Shore North, Shore Café serves up coffee, fresh meals, fine wine, and more from morning to night. Stop by for breakfast or lunch, then return in the evening for charcuterie, craft beer, and live music on the patio. Kids will love the house-made gelato, while adults can unwind with a glass of wine in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

Coastline Grill

Poolside Convenience at Its Best! This casual bar makes it easy to grab food and drinks while enjoying Cabana Pool or the Splish Splash Family Pool. Relax at shaded tables or by the splash pad with favorites like chicken quesadillas, fresh snacks, and a refreshing Poolside Piña Colada. The Dune Pool

The Dune Pool is the biggest pool at Cinnamon Shore North, with water features and plenty of lounge chairs. It stands in the shadow of the community's natural dune, anchored by waving grasses and wildflowers, along Grand Boulevard. And it's here that we offer Paddle Board Yoga classes, as well.

Keira’s Pool

A favorite gathering place at Cinnamon Shore North, this scenic pool overlooks Lake Gavin and picturesque beach homes. Enjoy bar and food service from C Bar, and an easy, wade-in entry. It's a heated pool, so you can still take a dip during cooler months! And during peak season and spring break, a DJ may spin some tunes.

Still Water Pool

Tucked along Still Water Drive with a backdrop of charming beach homes, this intimate pool is protected by a gate and fencing, providing a less-crowded lounging experience than the larger pools at Cinnamon Shore North. Sit back and relax, then go for a dip to cool off. It's temperature-controlled in cooler months and allows outside food and beverages.

Cabana Pool

The Lakefront Pool at Cinnamon Shore SouthThis stunning adults-only pool overlooks South Lake with infinity edges, a relaxing sun deck, and soothing water features. Hammocks suspended above the water invite carefree afternoons, while shady cabanas create the perfect gathering spots to lounge and watch friends take a dip. Since opening, it’s become a favorite for events and group get-togethers. Nearby, Coastline Grill serves up a full bar, light bites, and lunch fare—plus options for kids to enjoy poolside, too.

Splish Splash Family Pool

It invites families to splash and play together. Overlooking the South Lake, the family pool promises loads of fun for the little ones with the splash pad and shallow waters.

Glow Pool and Fitness Center

This glamorous pool offers lounge chairs, water features, and a scalloped edge for the perfect place to sunbathe or cool off. Located in the South Village, it adds another stylish spot to relax alongside Cinnamon Shore’s other pools. Just steps away, the new fitness center features pool views and top-tier equipment, including Peloton bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, cable machines, free weights, and more—everything you need to recharge body and mind.

Neighborly Square Pool

Located between Lakeshore Street and Neighborly Square, this palm-lined oasis offers a haven for sunbathers and those who want to cool off after time on the beach. Shaded pergolas provide places to lounge when you're not enjoying the water, or you can lay in lounge chairs along the water's edge. A bricked walkway divides the pool into a larger and smaller area, for swimmers and waders to enjoy.

Fitness Center at Dune Pool

Located adjacent to the sparkling Dune Pool, the Fitness Center is equipped with tread mills and other top-of-the-line machines that will keep your heart rate up and give you a great workout. A grand expanse of palm-lined park invites walking, picnics, and more. With the community fire pit at one end and gorgeous beach homes along either side, The Great Lawn creates a friendly park-like place to play, walk, and talk in the heart of Cinnamon Shore North.

Dune Dogs Playground

Our grassy dog park near the Dune Pool offers a destination for dog walkers at Cinnamon Shore North. The fenced-in area has room to romp and areas for owners to sit and visit.

Pirate Ship Playground

Ahoy, Matey! Kids will love to join play pirate at this charming wooden playscape near the Dune Pool at Cinnamon Shore North. Other outdoor games for kids are located near Lake Colby, and Corn Hole is often set out on the Town Center. For guests staying at Cinnamon Shore South, another playscape offers a place kids can test their agility, climb, and swing.

Sunset Park

This grassy park offers a community gas grill and brick patio on one end, and two rows of charming cottages line either side. Vacation rental guests and homeowners use it an extension of their living space, and the whole community benefits from the breathing room it provides.

With Community Games nearby, this playground welcomes all the kids staying at Cinnamon Shore South. It makes a great break from pool and beach time, and a welcome spot to visit while kids burn off some energy.

Sandy Paws Dog Park

Now open, this grassy, fenced-in space in Cinnamon Shore South gives pet owners a place to walk and socialize while their dogs romp and play. An assortment of obstacles entertain pets, and ensure that they get some time to roam leash-free inside the park. Cinnamon Shore is a pet-friendly community!

Coastline Park

Coastline Park is a wide-open, grassy green space perfect for play and relaxation. Guests can enjoy classic lawn games like ladder ball and cornhole, making it a favorite spot for families and friends to gather. Sundown Court Fire Pit

Set beside Sundown Lake, the Sundown Court Fire Pit creates a welcoming spot to gather by the water’s edge. The adjacent green space invites kids and families to run and play, while the fire offers warmth and relaxation as the sun sets. South Town Square Fire Pit

Overlooking South Town Lake, this community fire pit offers the perfect lakeside retreat. Coastline Fire Lounge

Lake Gavin

Calm Waters in the Heart of Cinnamon Shore North. Lake Gavin has a reed-lined lakefront ringed with charming Cinnamon Shore vacation homes. A walkway separates the scenic lake waters from Keira's Pool, but the pools infinity edge overlooks those serene lake waters for a spectacular vista.

Lake Colby

A scenic, reed-lined lake defined by our iconic fishing pavilion. This destination within the community offers fishing, strolling, and enjoying the great outdoors. It's perfect for photos ops and for vacation homes that surround it. A wooden boardwalk lines one side, while palms and grasses lines the others.

South Town Lake

Lakeside vacation homes line its shore, and a wooden boardwalk gives you a great place to walk, jog, or stroll. With Storybook Bridge spanning a narrow part of the lake, it creates a sense of community and a sense of place. It's stocked with fish for those who want to try their luck from the grassy shoreline or bridge. And the Cabana Pool and new Splish Splash Family Pool overlook it so you can gaze on the serene waters while you sunbathe or watch the kids play.

Sundown Lake

Sundown Lake is one of two large lakes at Cinnamon Shore South, surrounded by a wide boardwalk that invites morning jogs, sunset strolls, and leisurely bike rides. Guests can cast a line, take in the water views, or simply enjoy the coastal breeze along its shores. It’s a peaceful setting that blends recreation with relaxation at the heart of the community.

Leisure Lake

Leisure Lake is a charming smaller lake connected to South Town Lake, offering a quiet escape within the community. Its intimate scale makes it a serene spot to pause, enjoy the water views from bridge-side pavilions, or marvel at sunrise and sunset skies. With easy access to nearby green spaces and walkways, it’s a lovely complement to Cinnamon Shore’s larger lakes.

Fishing Pavilion & Dock

An iconic pavilion on Lake Colby, this picturesque pavilion defines the fishing dock on Lake Colby. Enjoy casting a line from the dock in fully stocked waters. You can rent a pole and fishing tackle in the Vacation Rentals office or bring your own gear. It's just one of the amenities that comes with your stay at Cinnamon Shore.

Fishing Pavilion

This charming pavilion has become a beloved landmark on South Town Lake, offering the perfect spot to drop a line in its fully stocked waters.Guests can bring their own fishing gear or rent poles and tackle from the Vacation Rentals office for a fun, easy day along the lake.

Terry’s Place

Join us at this festive outdoor stage for special events, live music, and Christmas photos with Santa each year. From karaoke nights to our Easter morning service, this sturdy wooden structure becomes a focal point on the Town Center green during holiday weekends and peak season.

It's named in memory of Terry Peters, who worked with his wife Lee Ann Peters to make the first real estate sales at Cinnamon Shore as the community started back in 2007. Terry's Place has become a joyful centerpiece of life at Cinnamon Shore.

Oversize Chess & Other Outdoor Games

Children and teens gravitate to this larger-than-life game of chess and the other outdoor games, such as Corn Hole, near Colby Lake! Whether you know your bishop from a pawn or have the best aim with your bean bag, but it's fun to play in the open air.

Dog Wash Machine

Let pups play and use the convenient dog wash machine. You can rinse a dog's coat with fresh water after a dip in the salty Gulf, as it can be harsh on the pet's fur. Our pet wash machine makes it easy!

Sundown Court

This pedestrian walkway connects Reflection Pond to Sundown Lake—a scenic, new amenity at Cinnamon Shore South. Lined with brand-new, stunning beach homes, this new amenity is a paved, pedestrian walkway dotted with seating areas and pocket parks.

Grand Boulevard Crossover

At Cinnamon Shore North has two dune crossovers--and the one at the end of Grand Boulevard and Seaside Drive allows golf cart traffic going to the beach! It's easy to walk over the crossover, as well. These sturdy walkways provide private beach access for all guests and homeowners at Cinnamon Shore--and they make great spots for memorable photos of your stay.

Keira's Crossover

Walk or ride your golf cart using this dune crossover, one of two at Cinnamon Shore North. This one comes out right onto Seaside Drive, close to Keira's Pool complex. It allows one-way golf cart traffic coming from the beach only, along with pedestrian crossovers. A handy shower to wash sand off your feet makes a convenient stop at the base of the crossover as you return to the community--especially helpful if you're headed to one of the pools!

Tucked Away Crossover

The Community's Central Crossover. A sturdy, two-way dune crossover near the primary lake and primary pool complex offers immediate, private access to the broad beach at South. Enter this one at the intersection of Coastline Drive and South Shore Drive at the base of the dunes. Come and go with ease from the beach to adults-only Cabana Pool or Splish Family Pool.

Seascape Crossover

This sturdy crossover serves owners and guests in Phase 4 of Cinnamon Shore South, a two-way crossover that allows foot traffic and golf carts to transport you to and from the Gulf waters with ease.The private walkway is 1 of 3 crossovers in all of South Village, ensuring you have easy beach access wherever you are in the community. You can find it at the intersection of South Shore Dr. and Coastline Dr.

Coastline Crossover

On the north side of the "South" village, this sturdy crossover adds convenience and two-way access on foot or by golf cart to the shore. The private walkway is 1 of 3 crossovers in all of South Village, ensuring you have easy beach access wherever you are in the community.
