    Lee Ann Peters has been casting the vision for realty sales at Cinnamon Shore since its inception in 2007. A fierce champion of this luxury, New Urban community, she has sold the master-planned community from the ground up. Cinnamon Shore flourishes today thanks in large part to her tenacity. In the midst of the 2008 Great Recession, which impacted realty markets nationwide, she left a successful real estate business in Atlanta and moved with her husband to Port Aransas to grow Cinnamon Shore. Her decades of industry experience enabled her to convey to appraisers, builders, and industry insiders how the lifestyle and value proposition of Cinnamon Shore propelled it far beyond all other developments on the Texas Coast. Now, 350-plus residences strong, Cinnamon Shore has more growth on the horizon. The original “North” village nears completion, and the 2018 expansion Cinnamon Shore South continues to grow swiftly, beyond expectations. With new phases and project pending, Cinnamon Shore is now synonymous with friendly, coastal luxury and elevated design. Rather than just selling property, Lee Ann continues to focus on promoting a seaside community where families come to make lifetime memories.
