At a tour kickoff party, we celebrated the home tour with the team and sponsors who helped bring the home to life.
Meet the Team
Davies Collaborative
Shaping distinctive homes along the Texas coast, with an extensive portfolio at Cinnamon Shore, Bill Davies and his architecture firm responds to each project’s site, views, and owners’ lifestyle. Prince Charming exemplifies this philosophy, balancing architectural character and livability with thoughtful details to create a home that feels both enduring and unique.
Waggoner Custom Homes
Part of the Cinnamon Shore Builders Alliance, Pete and Tim Waggoner of Waggoner Custom Homes in Port Aransas, Texas, come from a long line of German craftsmen and cabinetmakers before them. The fourth generation craftsmen bring a heritage of knowledge and skill to this project.
Tracery Interiors
Paige Schnell of Tracery Interiors of Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach, Florida, contributes her creativity and highly sought design ideas to “Prince Charming.” A resident of Florida’s Scenic Highway 30A, she delivers livable, beach-inspired ideas and details to remember.
